Jeanine Smith is a seasoned healthcare operations leader with over 20 years of experience driving excellence in patient access, patient experience, and care management. After completing her degree in Early Childhood, she began her career as an Area Manager of Operations for Childtime, a corporate childcare company, where she developed strong leadership and operational management skills.

Transitioning into healthcare, Jeanine served as Manager of Patient Access at Lehigh Valley Hospital, gaining extensive expertise in healthcare operations and patient experience. After two decades in the Northeast, she relocated to Florida to be closer to her oldest son and joined the Woman’s Health Center. Starting as a Manager, her leadership and dedication led to her promotion as Senior Director of Operations. Over four years, she has played a pivotal role in optimizing operational efficiency, enhancing patient experience, and improving quality of care.

Jeanine is married and a proud mother of four. Outside of work, she values family time and enjoys playing billiards, receiving massages, and relaxing poolside, balancing a fulfilling personal life with her professional commitments.
