With a deep-rooted history at Woman’s Health Centers, Jackie Santos has developed a comprehensive understanding of our operations and the diverse needs of our patients. She takes particular pride in her tenure within our surgical scheduling department, where she coordinated complex care and ensured every patient received seamless, timely support during a significant part of their healthcare journey.
Throughout her career, Jackie has built strong partnerships with local hospitals, strengthening collaboration and continuity of care for the women we serve. Today, as our Clinical Director of Operations, she focuses on empowering our team and maintaining the high standard of compassionate, patient-centered care that defines our practice.
Outside of work, Jackie is a 5K enthusiast who enjoys traveling and spending time with her boys. She is also deeply passionate about the Central Florida community, frequently volunteering at local events and charities whenever she can.
