I have been waiting for over two months to hear back from their claims department. I keep reaching out to them by calling and by talking to them in person and nobody has gotten back to me regarding the billing concern I have. ABSOLUTE WORST. Updated post: my account is about to go into collections because nobody from this practice has been in contact with me. I have a case number that was created back in September and nobody has called to give me an explanation as of why my preventative care was billed as diagnostic. BEWARE of this practice. It’s been a few years since I’ve been back, and I was so happy to see a familiar face at the front desk — Maribel! She’s always so pleasant and helpful. PA Calvanelli is amazing! I always recommend her to anyone looking for a new OBGYN office for their routine care. Dr. James Sorensen is just as kind and warm. I stared going to this office when I first found out I was pregnant. I left the office on September 5 of this year and had my last appointment. I did tell them and I asked is there something I need to sign and they said no I’ll just put a note here on your profile so I left. On September 5 I did the NIPT and the NIPT only. Somehow there was a test performed with my blood more than a month later and signed off by a provider. When I also called to let them know hey I switched providers and I didn’t want them to do the screening test because my current provider I  already did the test and got my results. They said okay that the doctor wasn’t going to order anything because she hasn’t seen me and she can’t order test without an appointment. I also called Natera the company they are associated with for the NIPT testing and let them know I was no longer going to the office. They said okay we’ll confirm with this office and we won’t do the test. Now I get a message and email saying my results are already. I am beyond furious with this office and the situation they have put me. I feel like the didn’t listen to me when above what I told them. This seems like a scam to me and I would rate this office 0 if I could. I am beyond disappointed and frustrated. No one calls me back I leave messages and nothing.
